This app is ideal for converting video sounds or random audio files into ringtones.So easy. I haven't paid a cent. Yes, you will be subjected to advertisements from time to time, but it is a free app, so what do you expect?
Amazing. Honestly, I don't see why people are complaining about a couple of 45-second ads when they get to keep the ringtone for life afterwards.
But. If the free version gives someone everything they want, why would anyone go pro? There are dozens of apps like this. Bring something new to the table and erase the free version permanently.

This is the only app I found that will cut a video and make a ringtone for you, and when you figure it out, it's free, but it will ask you to pay for most of the features.
Easy to use. I loved the simplicity and quickness. I may actually buy the add-on features. If I can do the cool stuff for free, paying for the extra cool stuff will be worth it.

It worked great for creating custom ringtones from a screen recording of a song! This is the first app I've found that doesn't have a pay wall and that works with ease. It's worth the download if you need custom notification sounds!
For those who don't think they can't assign different ringtones to different contacts, that's incorrect. You just have to set that song individually.
It needs access to phone storage. On some smartphones, it will be described as contents & photos.
Personally, I love anime. This helped me get the ringtone I wanted for a while now. I recommend this app, but there are a few flaws, like the amount of ads, for instance. Overall, this is very good.
